SAWA is a digital carpooling platform that enables individuals traveling in the same direction to connect and share travel costs.
SAWA does not provide transportation services, operate vehicles, employ drivers, or act as a transportation carrier.
SAWA only facilitates connections between independent users who choose to share journeys that would take place regardless of the platform.
Users must be at least 16 years old.
By creating an account, users confirm that all information provided is accurate and truthful.
SAWA is a cost-sharing platform.
Drivers use SAWA to offer available seats in journeys they are already planning to make.
Passengers use SAWA to join those journeys and contribute to the shared travel expenses.
Drivers are not professional transportation providers and may not use SAWA for commercial transportation activities.
SAWA is strictly intended for genuine cost-sharing.
Drivers may only request contributions intended to cover a fair portion of travel-related expenses such as fuel, tolls, parking, and similar trip costs.
Drivers may not generate profit through SAWA.
Using SAWA as a taxi service, ride-hailing service, shuttle service, or any other commercial transportation activity is prohibited.
SAWA reserves the right to suspend or remove any account suspected of commercial use.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
Users are responsible for all activity occurring under their account.
Users agree to behave respectfully and responsibly toward other users.
The following activities are prohibited:
Submitting a booking request does not guarantee participation in a journey.
Drivers may accept or decline requests at their discretion.
Users acknowledge that participation in any journey remains voluntary for all parties.
Users retain ownership of content they submit.
By posting content, users grant SAWA a worldwide non-exclusive license to use such content for operating, improving, and promoting the platform.
SAWA may provide ratings, reviews, chats, communities, QR verification features, and similar tools.
Users agree to use these features honestly and respectfully.
SAWA provides tools intended to improve coordination and trust between users.
However, SAWA does not guarantee:
Users remain responsible for exercising their own judgment when participating in any journey.
Drivers are solely responsible for:
SAWA does not provide vehicle insurance.
SAWA acts solely as a technology platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SAWA shall not be liable for:

All SAWA trademarks, logos, software, designs, and content remain the exclusive property of SAWA.
SAWA may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or threaten the integrity of the community.

Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
